      3. Press the # key. The customer care agent will answer your call.
      4. Provide your message to the agent. (Include with your message: Your Name, Telephone Number with area code & Company Name)
    • Guidelines when using the message center:
      1. A message can be up to 240 characters in length. If a message exceeds the 240 character limit, the operator will ask you to abbreviate your message or continue into a second message.
      2. Up to three messages can be sent on the same call.

        Please be sure to include your Name, Company, and Phone Number in the message. Messages are retrieved periodically during "Off" hours. The Service Manager or direct representative will respond to the message as soon as possible.

Our service technicians are available for dispatch as soon as a service request has been made. We challenge any company in the automation business to meet this response time.
